Each piece is carefully handcrafted from natural stone and shipped directly from our warehouse in Turkey.
Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping for all orders.
- All products are packed securely and shipped from Turkey.
- Processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume. Most orders are dispatched within 3–10 business days.
- Custom-made or wholesale orders may require additional production time.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Since all orders are shipped internationally from Turkey, your country may apply customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Objects & Heritage is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs procedures.
We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Natural Stone Disclaimer
Our products are made from natural marble and travertine. Variations in color, veining, texture, pores, and small natural imperfections are part of the character of each piece and make every item unique.
Because many items are handcrafted, slight differences in size and finish may occur.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at your support email with your order number and reason for return.
Please note:
- Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- The shipping box
- The shipping label
We will review the case and work with you on a replacement or suitable solution as quickly as possible.
